We need people who are passionate about the commercial world and have the desire to take on an ambitious commercial challenge to develop the position of Sales Development Manager in our Business Development US Team, to be based in Boston, Massachusetts.

Mission:

Integrated in the sales team, reporting to the Sales Director of the Region,  the main mission will be to find and qualify leads, as well as to transmit them to the SDM once they have been qualified. In addition, you will perform, among others, the following functions:

  • Outbound prospecting: generate and qualify new leads through research and personal networking.

  • Inbound prospecting: obtain all contacts coming from the Marketing department and transform them into sales opportunities.

  • Participate in lead generation campaigns.

  • Make contact with qualified candidates.

  • Present products and services to potential customers.

  • Complete CRM according to company standards



Tu perfil
  • Education: degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar, as well as Vocational Training in commercial fields.
  • Desirable skills: Knowledge and demonstrable experience in the field of Public Administrations.
  • Other specific knowledge: Sales techniques, CRM
  • Attitudes: Initiative, extroversion, results orientation, teamwork, communication, discipline, honesty, compliance orientation.
