¿QUIÉNES SON LOS RESPONSABLES DEL TRATAMIENTO DE TUS DATOS PERSONALES?
Los corresponsables del tratamiento de los datos personales que nos facilites con ocasión de tu candidatura a ocupar un puesto de trabajo, así como aquellos que se originen o nos puedas facilitar en el futuro son:

En adelante, Veridas, das-Nano Tech y das-Nano serán designados conjuntamente como las “Empresas”.
¿QUÉ IMPLICACIONES TIENE QUE LAS EMPRESAS SEAN CORRESPONSABLES?
Los corresponsables ostentan conjuntamente la condición de responsables y son a su vez individualmente responsables de que tus datos se traten conforme a las exigencias que marca la normativa vigente en materia de protección de datos.
Para garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa, las Empresas han formalizado un acuerdo de corresponsabilidad en el que han establecido, entre otros aspectos, la forma en la que se te facilitará información sobre el tratamiento de datos con motivo de tu candidatura e incorporación a la bolsa de empleo y la manera en la que atenderemos cualquier solicitud ejercicio de derechos que nos traslades.
A continuación, te trasladamos los aspectos esenciales del acuerdo que han formalizado las Empresas que entendemos pueden ser de interés para ti, como interesado:
Punto de contacto: Aunque puedes dirigirte en cualquier momento a cualquiera de las Empresas te indicamos que hemos habilitado como punto de contacto a Veridas siendo la organización principal encargada de atender cualquier consulta a través de las siguientes direcciones: gdpr@veridas.com y dpo@veridas.com .
Cumplimiento del deber de informar: Las Empresas disponen de protocolos de recogida e información de cuya aplicación y difusión se encarga Veridas.
Seguridad de los datos: Las Empresas han elaborado protocolos de seguridad conjuntos cuya observancia por cada corresponsable es supervisada por Veridas. Asimismo, disponen de un procedimiento de gestión de violaciones de seguridad conjunto para garantizar una respuesta coordinada en caso de brechas de seguridad.
¿QUÉ CATEGORÍAS DE DATOS VAN A TRATAR LOS CORRESPONSABLES?
A través del formulario de empleo habilitado en este sitio web, se recogerán datos identificativos (nombre), de contacto (correo electrónico), oferta en la que estás interesado, Curriculum Vitae con la información que consideres oportuna respeto a tu formación, trayectoria y experiencia, así como en su caso el mensaje que nos quieras trasladar con tu solicitud.
¿PARA QUÉ NECESITAN LAS EMPRESAS TRATAR MIS DATOS?
Procesos de selección activos: Las Empresas necesitan tratar tus datos personales para la gestión de tu candidatura en los procesos de selección publicados por cualquiera de las Empresas.
Candidaturas espontáneas y bolsas de empleo: En el caso de no resultar seleccionado en el proceso de selección al que postulaste o si nos has facilitado tus datos de forma espontánea, no vinculada a ningún proceso o vacante trataremos tus datos para incorporarlos a nuestra bolsa de empleo a los efectos de poder evaluar tu candidatura para futuros procesos de selección. En este sentido te comprometes a mantener actualizados tus datos personales, debiendo proceder a comunicar a las Empresas cualquier modificación de los mismos.
¿POR QUÉ ESTAMOS LEGITIMADOS A UTILIZAR TUS DATOS PERSONALES?
La base legal que nos permite tratar tus datos personales es la siguiente:
Procesos de selección activos: La base legal es la prevista en el artículo 6.1.b) del RGPD, la aplicación a petición del candidato de medidas precontractuales.
Candidaturas espontáneas y bolsas de empleo: La base legal es la prevista en el artículo 6.1.a), el consentimiento del interesado. En relación con el consentimiento, indicarte que su no otorgamiento (o su eventual retirada con posterioridad) no tendrá consecuencias para ti en ningún caso, más allá de la terminación del tratamiento.
¿CUÁNTO TIEMPO CONSERVARÁN LAS EMPRESAS TUS DATOS PERSONALES?
Las Empresas conservarán tus datos personales durante los procesos de selección actualmente en curso, así como en el caso de que hubieras autorizado la incorporación de tus datos a nuestra bolsa de empleo, para aquellos que pudieran llevarse a cabo en el futuro durante un plazo máximo de 3 años desde la recepción de tu candidatura. Una vez finalizado dicho plazo, tus datos serán bloqueados y posteriormente borrados.
¿SE VAN A COMUNICAR MIS DATOS?
Nunca a terceros salvo que obligue una Ley o tú nos hayas proporcionado tu consentimiento previamente. Para poder gestionar adecuadamente los tratamientos previstos en la presente política, a continuación, encontrarás una relación por categorías de los terceros destinatarios que pueden tratar tus datos por cuenta de las Empresas, como parte de la prestación de servicios que les hemos contratado:
Servicios administrativos.
Servicios de gestión de procesos de selección.
Servicios informáticos:
Servicios de archivo, custodia y almacenamiento digital.
Servicios de backup.
Otros servicios relacionados con las tecnologías de la información y la informática, incluyendo software para la gestión de recursos humanos y candidatos
Lugar de prestación de los servicios: España, y en algún caso, Unión Europea.
¿CUÁLES SON TUS DERECHOS CUANDO NOS FACILITAS TUS DATOS?
Acceso | Podrás consultar tus datos personales incluidos en ficheros de las Empresas. |
Rectificación | Podrás modificar tus datos personales cuando sean inexactos. |
Supresión | Podrás solicitar la eliminación de tus datos personales. |
Oposición | Podrás solicitar que no se traten tus datos personales. |
Limitación del tratamiento | Podrás solicitar la limitación al tratamiento de tus datos en los siguientes casos: · Mientras se comprueba la impugnación de la exactitud de tus datos. · Cuando el tratamiento es ilícito, pero te opongas a la supresión de tus datos. Cuando las Empresas no necesiten tratar tus datos, pero tú los necesites para el ejercicio o la defensa de reclamaciones. · Cuando te hayas opuesto al tratamiento de tus datos para el cumplimiento de una misión en interés público o para la satisfacción de un interés legítimo, mientras se verifica si los motivos legítimos para el tratamiento prevalecen sobre los tuyos. |
Portabilidad | Podrás recibir, en formato electrónico, los datos personales que nos hayas facilitado, así como a transmitirlos a otra entidad. |

Puedes dirigir tu solicitud a cualquiera de las Empresas de forma individual o conjuntamente. Si consideras que no hemos tratado tus datos personales de acuerdo con la normativa, puedes contactar con el Delegado de Protección de Datos en la dirección dpo@veridas.com y/o dpo@das-nano.com. Además, podrás presentar una reclamación ante la Agencia Española de Protección de datos (www.agpd.es).
Te responsabilizas de la veracidad de los datos personales que facilitas a las Empresas y de mantenerlos debidamente actualizados.

Hereinafter, Veridas, das-Nano Tech and das-Nano shall be jointly referred to as the “Companies”.
What are the implications of the Companies being joint controllers?
The joint controllers parties are jointly responsible and are in turn individually responsible for ensuring that your data is processed in accordance with the requirements of applicable data protection regulations.
To ensure compliance with the regulations, the Companies have formalized an agreement in which they have established, among other aspects, the way in which they will provide you with information on the processing of data for the purpose of your application and incorporation into the employment exchange and the way in which we will attend to any request for the exercise of rights that you may send us.
The following are the essential aspects of the agreement formalized by the Companies that we believe may be of interest to you, as an interested party:
Point of contact: Although you can contact any of the Companies at any time, we inform you that we have enabled Veridas as a point of contact, being the main organization in charge of answering any query through the following addresses: gdpr@veridas.com and dpo@veridas.com.
Fulfillment of the duty to inform: The Companies have collection and information protocols whose application and dissemination is in charge of Veridas.
Data security: The Companies have drawn up joint security protocols whose observance by each joint controller is supervised by Veridas. They also have a joint security breach management procedure to ensure a coordinated response in the event of a security breach.
What categories of data will be processed by the Companies?
Through the employment form provided on this website, we will collect identification data (name), contact (email), offer in which you are interested, Curriculum Vitae with the information you consider appropriate with respect to your training, background and experience, as well as the message you want to convey with your application.
What do the Companies use your personal data for?
Open selection processes: The Companies need to process your personal data for the management of your application to the selection processes published by any of the Companies.
Spontaneous candidacies and employment exchanges: In the case of not being selected in the selection process to which you applied or if you have provided us your data spontaneously, not linked to any process or vacancy, we will process your data to incorporate them into our employment exchange in order to evaluate your candidacy for future selection processes. In this sense, you agree to keep your personal data updated, and you must proceed to communicate to the Companies any modification of the same.
Why do the Companies use your personal data?
The legal basis that allow the Companies to process your personal data is:
Open selection processes: The legal basis is that provided for in Article 6.1.b) of the GDPR, the application at the request of the candidate prior to entering into a contract.
Spontaneous applications and employment exchanges: The legal basis is that provided for in Article 6.1.a), the consent of the data subject. In relation to the consent, please note that its non-granting (or its eventual withdrawal at a later date) will not have any consequences for you in any case, beyond the termination of the processing.
How long will the cCompanies keep your data?
The Companies will keep your personal data throughout the current selection process/es and those selection processes that may take place in the future during a period of 3 years since we received your application. Once this period is finalized, the Companies may keep your personal data blocked during the statutory limitation periods and/or, your data may be anonymized and the Companies might keep your information without any data that can identify you.
To whom will the Companies communicate your data?
The Companies will not transfer your personal data to third parties, unless it is bound to do so by law or if you have previously agreed to do so with the Companies.
In order to be able to provide you with an adequate service and manage the relationship that the Companies maintain with you, you can find below a list of categories of entities that may process your data on behalf of the Companies as part of the provision of services it has contracted.
Administrative services.
Personnel selection managing services.
IT services:
Archiving, custody, storage and digitalization services.
Backup services.
Other services related to communications technology and computing, including software for the management of human resources and candidates.
Place of supply of related services: Spain and, in some cases, the European Union.
What are your rights when you give your data to the companies?
Access | You can check your personal data included in the Companies’ files. |
Rectification | You can modify your personal data when it is inaccurate. |
Erasure | You can request the deletion of your personal data. |
Object | You can request that your personal data is not processed. |
Restriction of processing | You can request limitation on the processing of your data in the following cases: · While checking your dispute about the accuracy of your data. · When the processing is illegal, but you oppose to the deletion of your data. · When the Companies do not need to process your data but you need them in order to exercise or defend your claims. · When you have opposed the processing of your data for the purpose of fulfilling a mission that is in the public interest or to satisfy a legitimate interest, while verifying whether the legitimate reasons for the processing prevail over yours. |
Data portability | You can receive the personal data that you gave to the Companies in electronic format and you can transfer them to another entity. |
In order to exercise your rights, you can send an email to gdpr@veridas.com or gdpr@das-nano.com, accompanying your request with a copy of your national ID or equivalent document proving your identity. You may forward your request to the Companies individually or jointly.
If you consider that the Companies have not processed your personal data in accordance with the regulations, you can contact the Companies Data Protection Officer at dpo@veridas.com and/or dpo@das-nano.com. You can also lodge a claim with the Spanish Supervisory authority (www.agpd.es). In case that you are established in the United Kingdom, you can reach us through the address of our UK Representative (dataprotectionuk@veridas.com) and, if you consider that the companies have not processed your personal data in accordance with the regulations you can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
You are responsible for the veracity of the personal data you provide to the Companies and of the update of your personal data if applicable.
